Adhiraj Imaging · Dilshad Garden, East Delhi
Privacy Policy
Effective 15 September 2026
This notice covers the Adhiraj Imaging website and enquiries to Adhiraj Imaging, a unit of SVNR Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., at its Dilshad Garden diagnostic centre.
Information relevant to your enquiry and care
When you contact or attend the centre, the information needed may include your name, contact details, age, appointment details, prescription, medical history relevant to the test, previous investigations, scan images and reports, and billing information. Provide only information relevant to your enquiry or examination. If enquiring for another person, ensure you are authorised to do so.
Why information is needed
Information supports responding to enquiries, scheduling the correct examination, checking preparation and clinical suitability, performing and reporting tests, communicating about your appointment, and handling billing or record requests. Some records may need to be retained for clinical, accounting or legal purposes.
Website technologies
The website includes Google Ads measurement code and, on some pages, Google Maps and Google-hosted fonts. These providers may receive technical information such as IP address, device/browser details and page activity; measurement tools may use cookies or similar technologies. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although this does not necessarily prevent all technical requests. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
WhatsApp, telephone and email
WhatsApp links open a conversation with the centre. Opening a prefilled message does not send it; you choose whether to send. WhatsApp and email are third-party services with their own privacy terms. Start with the test name and ask the centre how to share sensitive records or receive a report. If you prefer, call to discuss an alternative or bring documents to your visit. See WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.
Access, disclosure and records
Diagnostic information may need to be handled by staff and clinicians involved in your service and providers supporting the systems used for that service. Ask the centre to confirm the intended recipient before authorising delivery to a relative, representative or treating clinician. Disclosure may also be required by applicable law or a lawful authority. Do not post medical records in public reviews.
Your choices and requests
You can contact the centre to request access to or correction of information, ask about a record’s retention period, request deletion where permitted, raise a privacy concern, or withdraw a permission you previously gave. Identity or authority may need to be verified before a record is released or changed. Deletion or withdrawal may be limited where information is necessary for clinical care, record-keeping or legal obligations. Ask how this affects any requested service.
Children and representatives
A parent, guardian or other appropriately authorised representative should contact the centre about a child’s examination and associated records. The centre may need to check the representative’s identity and authority.
Privacy enquiries
For a privacy or record-handling enquiry, contact adhirajimaging@gmail.com, call +91 99531 43636, or write to the centre at the address below. Use the subject “Privacy enquiry” and provide a brief description; do not include full medical records in an initial complaint. Ask the centre for the responsible person and applicable response process.

This notice may be updated when the website, services or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
