Prescription

Bring the original prescription or send a readable photograph on WhatsApp.

2

Metal safety

Report implants, clips, devices, prior surgery or metal fragments before the scan.

3

Food and medicines

Do not fast unless the centre or referring doctor asks you to. Confirm your instructions.

Previous records

Carry older scans and reports so they are available when relevant to your examination.

Do not change prescribed medicines unless your doctor or the imaging team gives you specific instructions.
What if I have an implant or pacemaker?
Tell the centre before booking. The team must check the exact device and MRI safety information.
What should I bring?
